Jace Medical provides medical weight loss services including GLP-1 medication (Wegovy/Mounjaro) subject to clinical eligibility and prescription by qualified healthcare professionals.

• Medication is only provided to eligible patients
• Results vary and are not guaranteed
• Regular monitoring and follow-up is required

3. Eligibility and Safety

Our services are only available to individuals who meet specific medical criteria. You must complete our eligibility assessment honestly and accurately.

It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, medications, or allergies before starting treatment.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is required in advance for all services. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you are deemed ineligible for treatment.

• Subscription services auto-renew unless cancelled
• Cancellation must be requested 7 days before renewal

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding payments become due immediately.

These terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
